306 td turbo boost loss

on my 1995 306 1.9 td i seem to have lost the torque and can here a 'blowing' sound from the front end.

I have had lots of people telling me many things such as cracked pipes which i cant find.

Just wondered if anyone had the same problem or any suggestions

The rubber gasket can get blown out between the intercooler and the intake manifold.
