sunroof sticking

sunroof sticking

306 estate..electric sunroof.

goes into tilt mode easy, but struggles to reset exactly....wont go back at all, or maybe sometimes about half an inch....
is it easy to remove and clean all the runners etc etc....and how do you do it?
