IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I put in another receiver (third one since I bought the car at Christmas) and it worked at the first attempt.

Sorry to sound like an anorak but it was the only thing on the car that didn't work

Good to hear it....

I guess there are a few dud ones floating around..... the one in my Dad's car is also faulty, I can't find anything wrong with it and yet it wont program....

Apparently a leaking seal around the radio antenna can let water into the receiver and damage it, so check the seal isn't cracked/leaking...
