Which car stereo brands work the best for steering controls.

Unread post by Quackers »

I have 2 Xantias. I asked for a Pioneer CD MP3 Player for christmas, with the steering wheel control adaptor for a Xantia, and it all plugged in, but controls did not work.

Now i have a 2nd Xantia, i want a CD player for this, but do not want to have the same thing happen. Any recommendations for an R reg (97) Xantia. I would like MP3 support. Anybody know which ones defo work?

I think Sony are the best for compatibility.

An Autoleads PC9-109 lead for the steering controls should do the job:

Check the connector pin layout before you buy.
