Thanks Clogzz,
Will change rear anti sink sphere and re-pressurise system then tackle the height corrector linkage as suggested.
Any problems and I will be back the forum .
Regards
Kenny

Hi Clogzz,
Thanks for your thoughts,
Correct me if I am wrong, my rear suspension partially lowers almost straight away after I park the vehicle. I thought the anti sink sphere required replacing anyway I don't know when this was last done.
Certainly I've never done it.
Your thoughts and anybody elses out there would be gratefully recieved.
The new sphere is going to cost around £25 notes from a motor factor or maybe slightly cheaper if I get the branch manger
Cheers,
Kenny.

Don't forget the rear anti-sink sphere has not a lot to do with stopping the car sinking 8)
If you mean the car sinks a bit after you get out - then that's normal - that's just the height correcting itself after you take your weight out. Usually if the AS sphere is shot, then the car sinks at the rear just after the engine is started (although others have also reported this symptom from flat accumulators).
There should be about a 70mm gap between the top of the front tyre and the underside of the wing, and the sills should be about level if the heights are about right.

Thanks Richard,
You have answered my question, re the sink after I come out of the car.
But, how often do you require to change this sphere?
Kenny

Hi Team,
Attempted to change height at rear of my car and followed instructions posted.
Allowed vehicle to rise and moved lever to normal ride position, it stopped in the position I wanted and then about 15 secs later it started to drop.
I did it again and quickly went under car a secured clamp. But it dropped again.
Any suggestions to where I went wrong
Regards
Kenny

Hi Mezuk04,
Thanks for the reply but on looking at the car today during school run it was at the height I wanted.
All I need to do is get the f/n/s door sorted
Cheers
Kenny
