Hi Baffsfishing,

If it's not the pollen filter it could be one of the cables which operate the flaps from the heater control panel just below your radio.

I've got a similair problem after having to change the matrix
One hell of a job but not difficult. Due to look at same in better weather awaiting spring!!!!!!

Just to avoid a few more posts.
The pollen filter is located in the passenger footwell, up above the carpet. It is housed in a container with a lid that either slides off or in place with 3 screws.

Hi Roy,

Yes ,there are other screws hidden underneath the material in the glove compartment.
If you are trying to access the pollen filter there is no need to remove the glove compartment as mezuk04 says its above the carpet in the passenger footwell and secured either by screws or tab.
Have you checked the cables which are used to operate the heating panel one of these has probably come loose.

Hi Roy,

The cables are fitted to the slide controls for the temp control, window demister, face and floor vents. This located in the cnetre of the dash below the radio but if you wish to see where they go in the heating system would require you to remove dash!!!!!!!!.
There is a thread which Clogzz sent to myself showing the cables in picture form

Regards
Kenny.
