ECP Ordering Bit out of stock

I'm putting a order together to Eurocar Parts. There are a couple of bits that are out of stock. If I order these bits will they be sent out once they're back in? Also will I only be charged the one lot of postage?
I would call them but it a bit late now lol & I'd like to sort it over the weekend.

Also I'm after some fast road (street if your a yank) pads where the best place & the better brand?
