Hi - does anyone have one that isn't seized? Just to confirm - it's the actual cable that is operated from the gear lever to the selector lever on the gearbox!!

TOTALLY KNACKERED - there definately isn't a way it'll ever work again - yes really, it's in 3 separate frayed pieces...
The car 'can' be driven, but only if I sit on the engine and lean in to change gears whilst it's moving... home made rollercoaster ride... you should try it!! [NOT...]
The car NEEDS to be MOVED [by scrap lorry crane if necessary!!] as it's been decided by the guy's missus - SWMBO is tired of looking at it...
I don't even think Citroen would get hold of one , let alone in time to rescue the car.
