More HDI 110 queries

Hi chaps
Further to my HDI 110 chipping query:-

I have spotted the odd few HDI 110 SX Xsara/C5's and a nice one in particular is up for sale near me.

But its got 93000 miles.......
.....actually this is what I consider LOW mileage.

I recall last year when I guided my dad towards a C5 LX HDI-110 estate, that the timing belt interval on these engines is 100000 miles.

If I've got to consider a proper engine front end overhaul, what are the total amount of pulleys & tensioners that need buying to do the job right.

ANyone have a GSF carparts breakdown of :-
T-belt
Aux-belt
tensioner pulley(s)
and also whats this about damper pulleys failing ? what do they cost?

should I be better off finding one thats got 110K miles and had the job already done??


( its about time I changed my signature pics....My Synergie went last summer and now I have a KIA Sedena 2.9CRDi-SE. Lets hope I find a Citroen so I can get back into the fold )
