airbag fault in 406 2002

Hi
I use 406 ea9 , my car is 3 years old and about 50000 km. Airbag fault on MFD and airbag light on dsahboard show for 2 month.
I took my car to 2 Peugeot dealers.The first one said that problem is com2000. The second one said that problem is seat belt pretension (not plug under seat, the set of seat belt pretension) on the passenger side. Diag 2000 was used to detected fault and it show this massage "Level of activation driver module 2 , open circrit"
I am looking for any comment.

change com 2000 for that fault.

That is the dreaded COMM 2000 unit.

All the rotary airbag / horn push wires + the transponder immobiliser aerial & the light & wiper stalk are one big unit called the COMM 2000.
