OK. I have had one corner of the front suspension rebuilt. I am getting the 2nd corner rebuilt next week.
I knew the pads needed doing, but I have been advised to get the discs replaced as well.
1) Is there anything I need to know that makes this job interesting on the 605? I have seen a "fitting kit" available, and a special impact socket! I was expecting to just take them off and put the new ones on!?
2) Anybody know of a decent long lasting effect combination of pad and disc?
3) Where is the best place for parts?
Thank you please.
