Citroen Synergie - Key security

I have 2 keys to my car, one with a remote locking transponder that opens the doors and the key starts the engine, the other just a key that can open the doors but will not start the engine. What do I need to do to make the second key start the engine...or do I need to buy another key?

I think a trip to your local Citroen dealer is on the cards. They will have to "burn" the chip in a new key, as this is what de-activates the immobilizor.
