At MOT i have been advised that the front suspention is a too hard. How do I adjust or cure this 'problem'?

well if its to hard it should have faild the MOT,the usual fix is new spheres,but that can depend on what system your car has,as this can throw a sppaner in the works

Got and advisory for hard rear suspension at MOT, still some movement so not a fail but clearly the spheres were on the way out. Just depends how you define hard.

My chaps now gone computeriser and I suspect on some things they are limited to what they can enter on to the system.
