Xantia hdi rear suspension
Had rear spheres replaced along with anti sink. rear is now un damped like worn shockers. ALso LHM level indicator appears not to function. On avisual inspection of LHM tank how much should be in it? HELP

Could be the wrong spheres fitted. If you stick an anti sink one where a suspension one should be you will end up with no damping as anti sink ones don't have a damping valve.
The orange level indicator should be between the red lines of the bulb with suspension on full height. If it is below this then you need to top it up. If you put the suspension on lowest and watch the indicator while it sinks you should see it move to the top of the bulb and you will know if it's working.

Thanks, problem solved. Europarts! ********!!!!!!!!!!!, supplied spheres for XM, but I found complete listing and applications by entering the reference number on google, eg. xm50ar. Includes all sorts of spheres including 'comfort', which was a great help in convincing them of their error. Aso thanks to Carters cars in Cannock, local Citroen specialist who confirmed problem.
