Please could one of our Moderators post instructions/rules on uploading pics.... I want to share.

If you have your own webspace then you can upload them to that then link them in using the Img tag (just hit the button, paste the URL and hit the button again). Keep the size reasonable, lots of people on here still using dialup. It doesn't impact on the forums bandwidth because the image is hosted elsewhere and goes directly from there to whever is viewing it.
If that is too techy then use Imageshack to host your pic. Press the browse button on that page, find your pic, press "Host it" and you will be given a page with a thumbnail view and a set of links to copy/paste. Use the Thumbnail for forums (either one should work). That way you get a nice clickable thumbnail which doesn't cause too much grief for dialup users.
