Iam new here.I`ve just have bought 2003 Peugeot 106 and I think some thing is missing in my car. I have no idea what is it, take a look at the picture and maybe someone will know what is it. It is on the left side of engine and on it there is part number # 028 906 283f. you cansee pictures at:

Hmm, i recognise that as a boost bypass valve for a Seat Leon, its called an N75, its also used on the audi, VW, and skoda 1.8 turbo petrol engines
Unless your car has a turbo, i cant see what use it would be, it has a small diameter always open bleed airway in it, and can be opened up fully by the solenoid attached to it or simply modulated to allow a certain amount of air past it, they are controled by the ECU and run at about 75Hz usually
I have no idea why its on your car or what possibe use it could be, it isnt even made by peugeot !!
