Hdi Electric Lift Pump

I read on this forum few weeks back that not all Hdi engines have intank lift pumps. I believe the 2.0's do but does the 2.2 16v Hdi variant?

all the 2.2 HDi's do have one.
all the 2.0 HDi's (90 & 110 bhp) with Bosch injection system have one.
all the 2.0 HDi's (90 bhp) with Siemens injection system dont have one.
