106 help needed

Hi,
Iam new here.I`ve just have bought 2003 Peugeot 106 and I think some thing is missing in my car. I have no idea what is it, take a look at the picture and maybe someone will know what is it. It is on the left side of engine and on it there is part number # 028 906 283f. you cansee pictures at:

Evidently. Please can you read the posts about image size, and resize these to 500x375. I can barely see half the image at once. Thanks.
