C3 fuse box

Post by gjb02 »

The missus's C3 central locking has just failed!!
I wanted to check the fuses first, but can't get the fuse tray to drop/lift from it's stowage.
I'm not familiar with the C3 and didn't get the Owners manual with the car.
How do you get the fuse box out??? What number fuse is the central locking.
Please help, the car is unlocked....and I don't like the look of that group of Chavs!![:D]

As most car manufacturers have - so have Citroen - a customer service who will be happy to supply an owners manual for free - for any later model.
Go visit your Citroen dealer.
- or do it by their UK website [;)]

you dont need to drop the fusebox down to check the fuses,if you want to though give the little white clip on the right hand side a quarter turn anti-clockwise & pull it out slightly, the box will drop onto a plastic tab underneath, push this in to get itdown a bit more past that.

The fuse box is in the glovebox as far as I thought.
