jon,
do andyspares do a thermostat for a xantia 8v 1.6l petrol.
have looked on the online shop, but coulden't find one, as have been sugested by alan s that could be where my problem of mayonaise on the under side of the filler cap might lie.

I suggest that you e-mail this message directly to Jon as I know he has been having the same trouble as the rest of us & not being able to access at times; I don't know if he has it as bad as I do being over here with our 19th Century technology. The only reason I'm on at present is because everybody over there is still in bed<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Im guessing (and will get fire bombed if im wrong) that as Jon is the @web man' youd be better calling AS direct, so far they always seem to have more nouse about them than your averag shelf stacker, so can probably tell you straight off (non o this, ill have to go and ask, rubish)

I'm here, but as I'm at home I can't check, I think GSF do do said thermostat though.
If anyone wants a quick reply during hours 8.30-5.30 BST send me a mail at wobs@andyspares.com (this applies to things like "do you have in stock and how much, do you do....", <b>not</b>"my 1984 2cv will not start despite new Champion plugs and spraying WD40" and that sort of thing!!!!
