XM Overheating Problems

MY XM 2.0i '92 is overheating, now i found out that the cooling vane relays aren't working properly I changed them but tha car is still hot, it seams that the coolant isn't floating freely, but I can' understand How if that is the problem.

If its overheating when you are traveling at a reasonable speed the fans make little difference, the most likely problem is a partially blocked/furred up radiator.
