rear lower than normal-'95xantia td

about a month ago while motorway driving i noticed a slight difference-it was like i had a tyre running low,after i stopped i noticed she was sitting low in the back-from this site i think its the spheres in the back,just wondering if this is correct,and whats the procedure for changing them??just passed mot and love the car..thanx

Spheres have nothing to do with ride height, but with ride quality (soft/hard).
Sounds to me the infamous plastic clip from the anti-roll bar to the height corrector.
Do a search around the forums on this subject.
