1999 T reg 1.9 dTI Laguna . the intermittant wiper is only working
.....intermittantly.
I have a Haynes book which is crap, I also have a French language PDF manual
which is quite detailed.
There are some major sized relay boxes under the bonnet, but I doubt its
there. There is also a relay box under the steering wheel. But on the French
manual I have, the wiper relays seem to been shown on another board with
lots of multiplug connectors on it.
Can anyone explain where to find the board that contains the 'candenceur
essuie-vitre avant'

I had the same problem a while back, I think the board you are looking for is behind the fuse tray.
You need to unscrew the fuse tray and it drops down, the relays are sort of on-top of the fuses. You can just about get your hand in without having to take the whole tray out, I seem to remember the wiper relay is on the right hand side.
I just removed it and gave it a spraw with WD40, worked a treat, just mek sure it goes back into the correct place!
As with all jobs on a Laguna, keep some plasters handy!!
