405 speedometer

Recently after hitting an unexpected bump my speedo stopped working after investigation i found the the drive cable had twisted out of the black drive cog, so i renewed all this including the speedo gauge and still i have no speedo i would like this working by tuesday as im off to cornwall till friday then cambridge at the weekend so any ideas guys ?

Its all sorted now when i replaced the cable i didnt put the new drive gear in [:o)][:I] its all in now and working fine [:D][^]
