Scenic Locked Rear Door

<font color="blue">One of the rear doors on my scenic is locked but now refuses to unlock with the other 3.
For a couple of days before it failed the solenoid was making a creaking noise
Can anyone advise of how to dismantle the door with it locked and closed ?

have since noticed that when lock and unlock is pressed with the plip, the locking button on the door is trying to move but only a fraction
any ideas ?
