Hi all,
I have a few problemes at the min with my 'M' reg Laguna 1.8 RT.
I have water dripping down from where the reading lights and the sensor for the central locking. I think this could be coming from the aerial as i cant se anyware else it can come in. Has anyone had this probleme and how do i fix it.
Also getting water dripping in the drivers side door when it rains. This i have found is comeing from someware around the door i think as it ruuns from where the inner roof liner meets the black inner seal. I have the same probleme on the other side of the car.
If anyone can help then please reply back
Many Thanks
chris B

As for the aerial leak it quite straight forward to fix. Remove the reading light, sun roof switch panel and unscrew the aerial and seal it up with the some bath sealant. As for the driver side water leak i havent a clue. I have noticed recently that my 98 laguna has developed a leak around the passenger door seal which I need to fix at the weekend.

thanks for the tip with regards to the aerial. I will be having a go at fixing it tonight. Whats the best sealant to use for this. clear or white. I was just going to buy a new aerial but a fix should solve it.
Has anyone else got any tips on fixing door seals

Hi
Had exactly same with my L reg RXE. Remove the console and have a look at the nut for the aerial - you'll find it's probably not rusty. The water leakes from the tray around the sunroof -via the console & also down behind the fuse box-along the inner sill and onto the carpet. My headliner all the way around from passr grab to dvr grap was wet. I had this leak BOTH sides and both carpets saturated. No one could find the cure except that I had the sunrooof sealed and it stopped!!!
