A Quick Citerobics Question!

When sitting on the tailgate at all height settings, the back will only adjust itself and rise when set to lowest, and there's still a two inch gap between top of rear tyres and the wheel arch when set to lowest before I sit on the tailgate. The front works perfect at all settings. Could anyone give me an explanation as I have too many different causes when I do a search. thanks [:I]

Is the ride height normal at the back? could be that the rear suspension is set to high or that the height corrector is sticking, several applications of WD 40 should fix it if it is.
