Berlingo Indicators..

Post by sponix »

Does anyone know how the indicators work on a 2001 Berlingo...? Mine has a curious fault.
The best way of describing the fault is that they occasionally "skip".
Switch them on and you get tick-tick-tick-tick-ttttickatick-tick-tick-tick. (IYSWIM?)
Old cars used to have a replaceable module that controlled the indicators. Does the Berlingo have similar? If so, where is it?

Knackered contacts on the switch maybe?

Hadn't thought of that. I'll try some contact cleaner and see what happens.
