Just got back from getting the Xsara HDI through its first MOT. All I had to do was put new discs and pads on front and back, plus a new Michelin to go with the spare. The Xsara is the fourth MOT this year for our family fleet of cars.

A well maintained car should not need any work for the MOT as the test is looking for safety problems. 4 discs on a 3 year old car is a bit excessive! - how did you stop it before?
