Right planning to swap the rear beam on my ZX from drums to disks. I have everything bia new disks & pads which I'll order sometime this week.
Any last minuite tips would be useful

Obviously you'll need to strip the drums off to get the handbrake cables out (32mm socket and long bar required to get the hub nuts off!). You may well need to change the handbrake cables, not sure about that. As you'll be removing the brake flexis anyway, replace them as a matter of course. On disc equipped cars there are presure limiters in the brake lines - don't forget to fit these! Unless you are sure of the history of the axle, might be worth fitting new dampers as well.
