Hmm,
that edge would never pass a RWC out here, it would maime a pedestrian if it grabbed them. I suggest tacking on another bit of metal and folding it over to make a proper arch/lip (doing this with any sort of neatness is probably outside my capabilities though).

Sorry didn't explain, the rear arch has been modified to take the 16V plastic arches. (Y)

Hi!
How many layers of the grey undercoat do you normally put. Can you please give me some hints on the best way to do it? Are you using a compressor and profissional painting equipment or is it an aerosol job?
