Tyres

I am looking at buying a couple of tyres from someone at work for my 405 estate to replace the front tyres. Theses tyres are T rated whilst the ones on the back (new about 2k back) are H rated.
Is this bad idea?

I would suggest checking the handbook first H rated tyres have a higher speed rating the T rated ones. If you put T rated ones on, when you are supposed to have H rated ones you may void your insurance and give them an excuse not pay out if the worst happens.
