Front Door Started To Click...

Only recently in the last week or two, the driver's side door has started to click when opening / closing. Any ideas how to cure it? tried the normal WD40. I think its coming from the centre strap.

the check straps (centre strap) on most cars do this when they come loose, usually the end fixed to the door.
