any info very gladly welcome
the rad on my xantia 1994td has started to leak and wonder how hard is it to change i notice there is an intercooler in front of it will this have to come out as well

I havn't done one on a Xantia but the one on my XM which is a similar set up was quite easy. Its just a question of disconnecting the pipes and removing whatever holds the rad in. Haynes manual should tell you.

Hi there, had mine out recently... (Let it cool down a bit.. remove rad cap) Remove the coolant and intercooler hoses from the Rad/intercooler ( disconnect both ends of top hose, and undo the hose clips from both i/cooler rubber hoses and remove from engine bay.. this gives you room to pull up the sprung lugs either end of the rad/intercooler, tilt towards the engine, and manouvre upwards out of the engine bay. Oh.. and don't forget the electrical connectors! Separate the Rad/Intercooler once removed.
