citroen ax immobiliser
hi we bought a 2nd hand ax and it seems that the immobiliser has kicked in.What can we do? help us please[:I]

I think its right to say that generally they are rather crude and simply interfere with one or two circuits - so with a wiring diagram it won't be that difficult to bypass it. However having said that I know nothing about this one and will confuse you if I say more.
There may be specialist sites on the net that can help. I had to deal with a Range Rover recently and found out all sorts of things about its security system - and could probably have beaten that quite easily as the alarm etc was in a plug in module and presumably I could have sawn it up, found that only a few of the many pins were used and soldered up the plug so it worked all the time. (The problem on this vehicle was a slow discharge of the battery which wasn't helped by the alarm monitoring current)
