small question

it seems I cant or not allowed to post smileys or pictures unless I post a new question/reply even the image insert seems to be unavailable to be what am I doing wrong or is it a simple site setup problem on my side.

you can either press the reply to topic on the main board or you can put smilies in using "HTML" i.e [:D] = [ : D ], [:p] = [ : p ]
to put in an image put [ img ]file location[ /img ] without the spaces

oh god I gave that up like pictures its too complicated.
