i have a 99 1.8isx.... will i be able to fit 6.5J alloys +[205/60R 15 tyres?]from a late hdi xantia onto my 99 sx?????

Yep - if using Alloys make sure you use the correct bolts.
Otherwise a staright swap - what size or tyres do you currently have on?

ive got car now,and decided not to go alloy.....the trims are too similar to alloys....not worth the expense!! [says the wife][:X][:(]

The standard plastic Xantia trims are good ones, they don't come off and get lost. The steel wheels are certainly less trouble than alloys that corrode and give you leaky tyres.

And the steel wheels have holes in the centres so that anyone can balance them :-).

I agree with Kowalski and pete....I've got both and the alloys are a real pain in the butt conversely I dont have to give the steels a second thought.

And you don't need those daft security bolts. swapped mine for ordinary ones, so I'll probably find it up on bricks tomorrow [:D] [:D] [:D] [:D]
