405 sunroof rubber seal

405 H reg 1.9GLD
The rubber seal around the glass is a bit mangled and so doesn't close properly without help. This means I can't use it - what awaste on a day like today. Any ideas if this can be replace at a sensible price?

What about another sunroof glass with seal from scrappies? Its only a few screws to change it.
