oh yes very nice cars, I had one and wow what power it had "3 ltr" autobox sumptuous interior with all he bells on, a little expensive on the fuel these days but still a worthy beast.

I've got a friend who has a manual version one of six manuals in the uk. He really wanted the auto version, but his has leather and aircon. It has the 2.8 PRV V6.

very rare beast indeed, I never liked the leather interior my self regardless of aircon, only problem is you have to start the cars and run the aircon before you sit in it otherwise your legs got burned "if you have shorts on as I do all the time".

Gee's it must be bloody unreliable. It's only managed to do 47,000miles.

I don't know, they story of the old lady seems typical 505 material, especially with the dog bite on the dash! Bet he's used a lot of Frabreze!!

lovely cars mate mine was a stonker on power but I sold her due to expense on running costs when I came out of work years ago, wish I had kept her as it would be worth a few bob now never mind though I had my fun and remember it all, I had to laugh at some of the britcars trying to keep up on speed back then they didnt realize what power unit was under the bonnet compared to their little toy escort engines.

We have had 5 of the family estates over the years, now a V6 in the Estate would be good! There was a V6 estate, but it was for the US market and used a detuned 140bhp version of the same engine.
Fantastic cars, sooo tough and they never break!
