Air Bags

Hi all
I have just noticed on my drivers side door piller, a sticky lable that says that my Air Bag should have been serviced sometime this year, 10 years after the car was made.
My questions are:
Is it worth doing?
Is it only a Citroen dealer that can do it?
What do they do to service it?
How much would this cost roughly?
