GEARSTICK SHAKING

GOING DOWNHILL IN FOURTH OR FIFTH GEAR ABOUT 40 MPH- IF I TAKE MY FOOT OFF THE ACCELERATOR THE GEARSTICK STARTS TO SHAKE QUITE A BIT. I GET A JERKY RIDE. ANY IDEAS ON WHAT CAUSES THIS. HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
