My xantia wagon's front wheels are leaning inwards. I have recently changed the lower ball joints and link rods, the pessenger's side camber looks to be back to normal, but the driver's side does not improve significantly. I suspect the lower arm bushes may be worn. Is there any way to confirm this? Or there are other things that I have missed? (BTW the strut mounts looks ok)

Have a good look at the rubber bushes then attack them with a lever and see if there is any play, in aprticular in an inward/outward direction. This is the technique the MOT inspector will use.
Also have a good look at the strut top mount and surrounding bodywork in case its been bent or rusted and make sure the subframe hasn't been damaged in an accident and not properly repaired. You are looking for dents - I had this many years ago on a Triumph 1300 and was lucky on that car to be able to repair it by shimming under a mounting bolt.

xantiaBFY,
Good to see you here [:)]. Yes, the ride has improved with the new ball joints and link rods, the noise has dissappeared as well. The driver side camber is still a concern though. I will put the car on jack stand and see if there's lateral movement on the wheel.
