Lights on warning alarm

Anyone know of an easy way of getting these buggers out?
They do have a twist lock seat but appear to have some sort of clip on it as it wont drop free. Every time i reach behind i take another layer of skin off my hand. Is there a way to get this panel down?? Or shall i get the hack saw blade out [:o)]?

Im presuming you mean the buzzer that sounds when you have the lighs on and the door open. If so, this is just a relay behind the fusebox on my ZX which pulls out, albeit a bit stuck to the connector, but does just pull out.
