HDi engine MAF type

Hi to all,
Does anybody know which type of MAF sensors is used on the Hdi Engines. Is it the hot wire type?

I thought all newer type MAF's / AFM's were now the hot wire type? The older vane system was too inaccurate and prone to failure with moving parts.
