Saxo alloy wheels

Anybody know if Citroen standard 1999 Saxo alloy wheels will fit a 1999 Xsara if the correct size tyres for a Xsara are fitted.

I think you can get away with the 14" saxo alloys on to the Xsara but don't quote me.
