ZX TD Fuel Filter

my wife has a R Reg ZX TD. Although I have read prev posts i still need advise on changing the fuel filter. How do you know what type of fuel filter you need before removing the old one as ive heard some have had problems with some makes. Also how hard is it to change the braided fuel pipe to the filter and is it standard hose or a special size or type. Thanks in advance Dave

speek to GSF car parts they have got citroen specialist you tell them make and modle they will sell you corect fillter,ask for a purflux fillter as these are OE regards malcolm
