What's Missing

Image It's just struck me, surely there should be a cover over this auxillary drive belt?
[:I]Where is it?

I'd say it's never been refitted at some time, if you'd lost it on the road I think you'd have heard it go!

I'd agree that the wheel arch liner is missing. If thats gone AWOL most likely you've got no undertray either.
Is it just me or is there a suspicously clean patch inside the wheel arch? Is that where the underbody seal ends?

Well I don't actually know what's supposed to be there since this is my first Xantia. However, I'm guessing there should be some kind of cover over where you can currently see the aux drive belt? Anyone care to post a pic of what it should look like?[:D]

Thats better than the BX- at least there's something over than the missing shield to hold the bottom hose in place!!
I'd suggest a visit to the scrappies.

Yeah, they are Goodyear Hydragrips. Really nice tyres. The car is on high speed motorway duty so decent tyres are essential.[:p]

Yes, it would be better if the underseal covered all of the inner wheel arch, and if the mounting of the cover allowed for the depth of the underseal.
