My Xantia 2.0 HDI as sprung a leak. Trakced it down and it appears to be coming from the top cap on the fuel pump. I imagined this to be high pressure, but I found that if i use a blow gun (to clean off the gunk) the water actually gets dispelled from within this cap and comes out the other side (while its still all bolted up). I lost my star drives down the engine, so have to wait till saturday to fix the problem
. Thing is, the leak isnt really that bad, certainly not given the ease at which the top plate can pass fluid, so i was wondering what I might be looking at here.Any ideas chaps?
