106XR - rear Sag 3

bought a 106 XR for spares off ebay for 50.00 - but - its a three stud not a four i wanted the rear suspension for my 106 xnd - should have counted the studs. can the rear suspension be changed and can 4 stud hubs be fitted - the xr is a "J" and the xnd is a "K" reg. If this cant be done does anyone want the 106xr at cost as it has 5 months mot and is clean inside and out the only problem is failed paint on the roof. I've had spare cars before and they take a long time to disappear and in truth the XR is too good to break if I don't have to.o
