<font color="blue"><font size="3"><font face="Comic Sans MS">Hi Kowalski,
Why didn`t they ALL have a hydraulic clutch. The designer of that clip wants it shoving where the sun doesn`t shine, along with the boneheads at Citro who sanctioned it.
Where is the power taken from.?
Is it plumbed from the cars hydraulic system or is it just a normal set up.
Regards,

No! It's a sealed unit. So if it develops a leak, the complete unit needs changing.

Hmmm, at £160 I might just stick with a cable.

He's got some interesting bits there - apart from the clutch kit. Where o where did he get C4 foglights already? and for that price?
I'm dreading the day my hydraulic clutch starts going (XM 2.5TD) it's based on the same idea as the 2.1 Xant - completely sealed system - cant eve ntop up the fluid . .

the V6, Activa (CT), HDi110 and 2.1 all have hydrolic clutches they also have the ML5t gearbox over the BE3 fitted to all the other cars. you would have to replace the box if you wanted to use one of these actuators. the good news is to to remove the actuator from the box takes about 30 seccons and no tools ware as to remove the arm off a Be3 can take a day or a few minutes with an angle grinder...
